Testing

In the event of a suspected COVID-19 case, the individual identified will be instructed to call their health care provider, or if they do not have a health care provider, to follow up with a local clinic or urgent care center, for testing. Plans to share safety measures taken by the school during containment (positive or presumed positive cases) will be in conjunction with guidance from the local Health Department and the New York State Department of Health. In the event that a large-scale testing will need to be conducted at the school, the district administration will work with Healthcare and local health officials.
