Grades 5-8 Parent and Student Survey

Dear parents/guardians of students in grades 5-8 at Frankfort-Schuyler CSD: 

The Frankfort-Schuyler Central School District is looking for your input, opinions and feelings regarding your interactions with our school district in order to continue to improve the culture and climate of our buildings. We are also looking for your students' thoughts as well. 

We are asking you and your child to complete a short survey which will help us better serve our students. The parent/guardian survey is shared as one link below. The second link is for the student survey.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and your responses will only be released as part of group summaries for data purposes. We ask that you complete this survey by no later than April 4, 2025. 

We appreciate your feedback and support as we move forward and continue to create a positive experience for your student here at FSCS.
