Mrs. Sears Named April Elementary Staff Member of the Month

The Frankfort-Schuyler Central School District is proud to recognize special education teacher Meaghan Sears as Frankfort-Schuyler Elementary School’s Staff Member of the Month for April.

Mrs. Sears is an active and engaged member of the school community, making a meaningful impact both inside and outside the classroom. She brings a positive, focused and straightforward approach to her work, consistently demonstrating initiative, kindness and a firm yet supportive presence with students.

Mrs. Sears’ early arrival in the mornings, her excellent attendance and her readiness to take on each day set a reliable and motivating tone for those around her. She excels in every role she takes on, whether she’s leading after-school and summer enrichment programs or supporting new students as they acclimate to school routines, expectations and academic success.

Both flexible and team-oriented, Mrs. Sears is always willing to do what is best for the overall success of the Frankfort-Schuyler community, frequently stepping in to assist and take on additional responsibilities when needed. She is both a well-rounded an invaluable asset to the District.
