Household Income Eligibility Form for 2025-26

The Frankfort-Schuyler Central School District will once again be operating under the Community Eligibility Provision for the 2025-26 school year, which means that each student can receive FREE breakfast and lunch for the entire school year!

While families do not need to fill out a free/reduced meal application, it is helpful to the District to fill out the household income eligibility form, which can be found at EzMealApp.com. Completing the form takes less than 10 minutes and all information is kept confidential. Having accurate and up-to-date information is important to help secure federal, state and local funding for the District.
