Frankfort-Schuyler NHS Blood Drive Surpasses Goal

The Frankfort-Schuyler National Honor Society hosted its annual blood drive on Oct. 31 in the school gymnasium, exceeding the collection goal.
The goal for the drive was 30 units of blood, and a total of 34 units were collected. Forty donors registered, including 18 first-time donors, and six were deferred. Thirty whole blood units and two power red donations were collected, resulting in four units over the goal.
The event was sponsored by the National Honor Society and supported by students, staff and community members who came together to make a difference.
