Mock Trial

Mock Trial is a competition that simulates a real life trial.  Alongside a New York State lawyer, Mr. Minosh coaches students how to professionally argue a courtroom case in front of a judge.  This competitive team consists of three student lawyers and six witnesses, and is open to any student in grades 9 through 12.  Seniors are encouraged to add their Mock Trial participation on their college applications, and a scholarship opportunity is available for one graduating senior who has demonstrated excellence in the classroom as well as the courtroom.

Mock Trial sign-up will be announced in the high school when it becomes available in November.  Students interested in joining the team should see Mr. Minosh in Room 351.
