Students are responsible for all daily work.

All quizzes will count as two test grades and averaged in with projects.

Projects will be assigned throughout the year. All deadlines are to be met. Ten points for every day the project is late.

Human Resource Managment
-A full year course that will prepare students for the "Real World of Work". Students will focus on areas of on-the-job training, how to deal with their co-workers, employers, and customers. Students will also visit local businesses in the Mohawk Valley. Several guest speakers are scheduled to speak to the class.

Teen Leadership is a half-year course for high school juniors and seniors. This course allows students to build self-esteem, self-respect, and build relationships with their peers, and dealing with peer pressure. Character building is an on-going task for teenagers. Practical, handson situations are role played and discussed. The students also particiapate in community service projects. Students that leave this class after the semester have established more positive relations both in and outside the classroom. Teen Leadership is a productive course that builds positive leadership skills. |

Students will be graded on their inclass participation. Students will be graded on informal and formal presentations. Students will receive points for participation in outside community service activities. |

This full-year course is an introduction to the exciting and challenging world of business. Through information and activities students will increase their preparation to be a knowledgeable consumer, well-prepared employee, and effective citizen in our economy. This course serves as the background for other business courses that students take in high school and prepare students for future employment or business ownership. |
