INTRODUCTION TO TECHNOLOGY

GRADE 7

In seventh grade technology the students learn about each of the tools and machines in the Technology lab. As the students are introduced to each machine they are taught how to safely and efficiently use them. Once the students know about all of the tools and machines they are allowed to use them at any point during the lab period. The students in technology seven are given different projects which, are designed to give them experience on each of the tools and machines. This experience is designed to prepare them for the more advanced Technology 8.
